| 2. Who can participate? | Anyone registered for EMS World Expo 2026 who has never spoken at a national medical conference. Past Stand & Deliver contestants may enter again if they still meet that criterion. |
| 4. How do I sign up? | During your EMS World Expo registration, choose an available Stand & Deliver time slot (one slot per person). Slots are first-come, first-served and fill quickly. |
| 5. When and where does it happen? | Preliminary rounds: Wednesday, Sept. 31 and Thursday, Oct 1 (meeting rooms). Final round: Friday, Oct 2, on the Exhibit Hall Learning Center stage. |

| 8. Can I use slides or videos? | Yes. Bring your file on a USB drive (PowerPoint or PDF preferred). A standard AV setup—laptop, projector, and clicker—will be provided. |
| 9. Will I get feedback even if I don’t make the finals? | Absolutely. Every participant receives verbal pointers on the spot and detailed written notes within a week. |
| 10. What happens if I win? | You’ll be announced as the winner on-site, featured in EMS World coverage, and given a guaranteed session slot on the 2027 agenda (topic to be finalized with the program committee). |
| 11. Is there an extra fee? | Yes, Stand & Deliver costs $25 per person. This fee will be used to provide a gift to each participant. |
